OnePay Refer-A-Friend Full Terms

Bonus Term:  April 1, 2026-May 1, 2026

Through OnePay’s Refer-A-Friend Program (the “Program”), current OnePay Cash customers can earn  $200 cash back, and new customers they refer can earn  $50 cash back (each, a “Referral Bonus”), when a newly referred customer (i) opens a OnePay Cash account using the current customer’s unique referral link during the Bonus Term and (ii) unlocks OnePay Cash+ within forty-five days of OnePay Cash account opening . OnePay Cash customers must sync their contacts in the OnePay app to access their unique referral link.

In order to unlock OnePay Cash+, a customer must either (i) receive $500 or more in Direct Deposits in a calendar month, or (ii) end a calendar month with a total account balance of $5,000 or more. A Direct Deposit is an electronic deposit through the Automated Clearing House (“ACH”) Network or an electronic deposit by Original Credit Transaction (“OCT”) of payroll, pension, government benefits (such as Social Security), and other payments sent to their OnePay Cash account. Payments or transfers through person-to-person providers such as Venmo, PayPal or CashApp are not considered a Direct Deposit. Cash deposits, mobile check deposits, wire transfers, One to One transfers, and ACH funding or debit card funding transfers initiated from the OnePay app also do not qualify as Direct Deposits.

Each OnePay Cash customer is limited to receiving 10 total Referral Bonuses (“Referral Bonus Limit”) through the use of their unique referral link by newly referred customers. Upon reaching the Referral Bonus Limit, OnePay will deactivate your unique referral link for  and it will no longer be able to be used to sign up for a OnePay Cash account. OnePay Cash accounts opened through any channel other than a unique referral link will not satisfy the account opening requirements for earning a Referral Bonus. To be considered a newly referred customer you must not have previously opened a OnePay Cash account. To receive any Referral Bonus, whether as a referring customer or referred customer, your OnePay Cash account must be open and in good standing at the time the Referral Bonus is provided.

The Referral Bonus will be deposited into the OnePay Points balance of the newly referred customer and the current OnePay customer whose unique referral link was used within five days of completion of all Program requirements criteria. Cash back is earned as OnePay Points, redeemable as a deposit into a OnePay Cash account or other available options pursuant to the OnePay Rewards Terms, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you’re a new customer and use a current OnePay customer’s unique referral link to open a OnePay Cash account, the customer whose unique referral link was used will receive information regarding your account activity as it relates to your completion of the Referral Bonus requirements. To avoid your account activity being shared, do not sign up for a OnePay Cash account through a unique referral link.

OnePay makes the Program available to select customers in its sole discretion and reserves the right to revoke or modify this Bonus, including, but not limited to who is able to participate in it, at any time, with or without notice. In its sole discretion, OnePay may make different Bonuses available through the Program which may allow for the receipt of different cash back amounts and require different consumer actions. While OnePay may have more than one Bonus generally available during the same or overlapping time periods, each current OnePay customer will only be able to participate in the Bonus attached to the unique referral link that is made available in their OnePay app. Any Referral Bonus earned by a referring customer and a newly referred customer  will be based on the Bouns attached to the  unique referral link used by the  newly referred customer to open a OnePay Cash account and the fulfillment of that Bonuses’s requirements.

If it is determined that a customer has engaged in or plans to engage in abuse or gaming in connection with this Promotion, that customer will be prohibited from further participation, and OnePay reserves the right to take additional remedial action, which may include revocation of OnePay Points and recovery of cash back deposited into that customer’s OnePay Cash account. By participating in this Program, you confirm that you will not send your referral link via text message to a resident of the State of Washington. OnePay may issue you an IRS Form 1099-MISC, or other appropriate forms reporting the value of the Referral Bonuses.
